The “Monozukuri Volunteer” program (also known as: Art Volunteer) starts in September, ahead of the main event. Two groups play a major role every year: the “Decoration Team,” which mainly creates decorations to adorn the shopping streets that become the festival venue, and the “Handicraft Team,” which makes recycled goods from used flags. This year, we are recruiting new members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
